Continuing formation is addressed to all labour magistrates appointed for life, of any jurisdiction level, after probationary period is over. It is given as courses, seminars and other types of events. This continuing formation intends to bring the judges up to date on innovation of Law Science and other fields of knowledge. It also fosters the improvement, the qualification and the personal and professional interchange of magistrates. By doing so, the continuing formation seeks to deepen the study of specialized disciplines and to promote debates on relevant issues to the magistracy profession, in order to achieve the excellence in the jurisdictional public service.

The continuing formation can be carried out in Brazil or abroad. In this case, the agreements made by ENAMAT enable the participation of magistrates in international events that have the aim to promote the professional exchange and technical cooperation between the School and international entities for judicial training all over the world.
